Role Overview
CollabX (A brand of Digital Web Soltions) is an all-in-one influencer marketing platform specialising in driving high ROAS, virality, and social buzz, helping brands build the most trusted performance marketing channel of the digital era: influencers.
We are looking for an experienced Digital Sales professional (3+ years) with a strong enterprise sales
track record, deep understanding of funnel stages and performance metrics, and a strategic
mindset to drive brand growth and long-term partnerships.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Drive the new sales & Business Growth
● Build and scale a strong outbound sales engine to drive new business and onboard brand
partners
● Secure meetings with CMOs, Heads of Growth, and key decision-makers at top-tier brands
in India
● Own daily CRM hygiene, reporting, and target account management to consistently hit
daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
● Quick and effectively win deals
● Stay on the top of market trends
Brand partners success / strategy
● Lead pitch deck creation and brand storytelling
● Partner cross-functionally on media planning and custom brand strategies
● Build win-win creator–brand partnership models
● Own funnel validation and KPI definition for the influencer channel
● Drive long-term brand partnerships and ongoing funnel optimisation
● Manage and grow existing client relationships
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales & Revenue
● New revenue generated (monthly / quarterly)
● Number of new enterprise brand partners onboarded
● Average deal size and win rate
● Sales cycle duration
● Pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy
Brand Success & Retention
● Client retention and repeat campaign rate
● Upsell / expansion revenue from existing accounts
● Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
● Client satisfaction (CSAT / NPS)

Ideal Candidate Profile
● 3+ years of experience in Digital Sales, Enterprise BD, or Brand Partnerships
● Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and growth metrics
● Proven ability to sell to senior stakeholders (CMOs, Growth Heads, Founders)
● Experience in influencer marketing, media, SaaS, martech, or adtech is a plus
● Strategic thinker with strong execution and relationship-management skills
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
