Skills Description:

• Define and implement quality assurance frameworks, audit plans, Process controls across the O2C cycle.

• Supervise and guide the O2C quality team to ensure effective monitoring of transactions across billing, collections, dispute management and account set up

• Manage a team of quality analysts and oversee their development and performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX and regulatory requirements across the O2C process.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, quality checklists, and evaluation standards aligned with the organizational goals.

• Support root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring errors.

• Present quality insights and risk mitigation plans to `senior leadership.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with digital transformation teams to integrate automation and analytics into quality checks.

Skills Requirement / Certification

• 7+ years of experience in O2C, with at least 2 years in a quality/audit or supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of O2C processes including order management, invoicing, collections, billing

• Experience in quality frameworks, auditing methodologies and process compliance.

• Leadership: Experience managing teams and driving performance through coaching and development.

• Process Improvement: Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive efficiency.

• • Automation & Transformation: Knowledge of digital tools and automation strategies for quality control.
