Role Description The Digital Marketing Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. The trainer will design and deliver digital marketing training programs covering social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO fundamentals, branding, and basic analytics for learners and internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials and curricula, conducting classroom and workshop-style sessions, demonstrating tools and platforms, and providing practical assignments and feedback. The role involves assessing learner performance, updating training content based on industry trends, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align training outcomes with business needs. The trainer is expected to maintain structured documentation, ensure a positive learning environment, and support continuous skill development within the organization.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, facilitation, and the ability to explain concepts in simple, practical terms.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills with knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, campaign strategy, and brand positioning.
- Candidates should possess Training skills, including curriculum design, session planning, and learner assessment.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, with hands-on experience in platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and basic analytics tools.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related awareness, with an understanding of lead generation, funnels, and how marketing supports revenue growth.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing and/or corporate training, preferably in agency or growth-focused environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage multiple batches, and adapt content for different learner levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; certifications in digital marketing or training are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, comfort with digital tools (e.g., ad managers, CRM, presentation software), and a commitment to continuous learning.
