About the Role

Are you passionate about data-driven digital marketing and generating measurable business results? Amerit Consulting is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted digital marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads that support our business growth objectives.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys analyzing campaign performance, optimizing conversion rates, and leveraging data to enhance marketing ROI. You will work closely with leadership, sales, and website development teams to implement strategies that improve digital presence and drive business success.

The role is remote, providing flexibility to work from any location, with a preferred minimum of two hours overlap with Pacific Time to facilitate collaboration. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, and this position offers a dynamic environment where your skills can make a tangible impact.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on lead generation. Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns is essential, along with a solid understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), campaign tracking, and marketing performance reporting. Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization is required, as well as experience conducting A/B testing and campaign optimization.

Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management systems is preferred. Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities in English. The ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and demonstrate a proactive approach is vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads and digital marketing campaigns focused on qualified lead generation.
  • Plan and execute lead generation strategies across paid search, SEO, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports covering lead volume, conversion rates, ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Collaborate with website developers to improve website content, landing pages, SEO, and user experience.
  • Research target audiences and build prospect lists to support business development initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, content publishing, and social media scheduling.
  • Prepare recurring marketing performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve digital marketing performance through analytics and emerging AI-powered marketing tools.
