About the Role

You will be responsible for building and executing integrated digital marketing strategies

that drive brand positioning, lead generation, and revenue growth. This is a high-ownership

role, where you will manage campaigns end-to-end, optimize budgets, and collaborate

closely with design, content, and sales teams.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue

goals

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and

LinkedIn Ads

• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through performance marketing

initiatives

• Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic

• Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and brand positioning

• Implement email marketing automation for lead nurturing and retention

• Monitor analytics, conversion funnels, and campaign KPIs using tools like Google Analytics

• Track marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI

• Present structured monthly and quarterly performance reports to leadership


What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital/performance marketing

• Strong expertise in paid campaign management and optimization

• Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, GEO, SMO, keyword research, and ranking strategies

• Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools

• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

• Ability to work in a structured, performance-focused environment
