Digital Marketing Manager

Square One Media Solutions is one of India's leading Real Estate Communications Agencies, delivering branding, advertising, digital marketing, architectural visualization, and integrated marketing solutions for renowned real estate developers.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to head our digital marketing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing digital strategies, leading a high-performing team, managing client relationships, and driving measurable business outcomes through innovative digital campaigns.

Budget: Upto 15 LPA

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing team, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous development.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Drive lead generation, campaign performance, and ROI for real estate projects.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other reporting tools.
• Present campaign strategies, reports, and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with Creative, Client Servicing, Content, Design, Video, and Web Development teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Stay updated with digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and business expansion.

Qualification:

• 5–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a digital marketing team.
• Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
• Experience working in an advertising, digital marketing, branding, or integrated communications agency.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and digital campaigns.
• Real estate marketing experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
