Job Description
We are looking for a highly responsible and creative Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow multiple client accounts end-to-end.
This is not just a posting job — you will be fully responsible for content, ads, performance and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Planning & Execution
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for clients
- Coordinate with production team to create highly engaging reels, posters and high-quality content ideas
- Coordinate with clients and internal team and arrange shoots
- Plan reels, posts and story content strategically
Strategy & Growth
- Understand client goals (leads, branding, sales)
- Develop monthly content strategies (not just posting)
- Analyze competitors and suggest improvements
- Plan campaigns, offers, and trending content
Paid Ads Management
- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns
- Coordinate with clients to collect required inputs
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing for better results
- Improve campaigns based on lead quality feedback
Performance Tracking
- Track KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)
- Analyze performance and identify growth opportunities
- Continuously improve content and ad strategies
- Prepare monthly performance reports
Client Handling
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship
- Provide regular updates and handle basic queries
- Escalate important issues when required
Platform Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Optimize profiles (bio, highlights, CTA, links)
Creative Direction
- Guide shoot concepts and content ideas
- Suggest reel hooks, storytelling, and formats
- Ensure content aligns with brand identity
Additional Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming leads (DMs, WhatsApp, comments)
- Suggest improvements in lead handling systems
- Stay updated with trends and viral content formats
- Maintain organized file management and workflows
- Identify opportunities to scale and upsell services
Important Note:
You will be fully responsible for the performance and growth of the client accounts assigned to you.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media management & Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of Instagram content & trends
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing & analytics
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
Preferred:
- Experience working in an agency
- Knowledge of Canva / basic editing tools
- Understanding of branding and storytelling
