Role Overview


We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who deeply understands paid digital channels and customer targeting for premium fashion.


This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube, with the goal of driving:


  • Online sales
  • Qualified website traffic
  • High-value customer acquisition
  • Footfall to Style Island’s retail store


The ideal candidate understands how premium fashion customers behave online, and can translate brand positioning into effective performance campaigns.



Key Responsibilities


Paid Media Strategy


  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across:
  • Instagram & Facebook (Meta Ads)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
  • YouTube Ads
  • Build channel strategies aligned with revenue targets and marketing calendars
  • Allocate budgets across platforms based on performance and ROI



Audience Targeting & Customer Acquisition


  • Identify and build high-quality audience segments for premium fashion buyers
  • Implement advanced targeting strategies including:
  • Interest and behaviour targeting
  • Lookalike audiences
  • Retargeting funnels
  • High-value customer acquisition campaigns
  • Continuously test and refine targeting to improve CAC and ROAS



Campaign Optimization


  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for:
  • ROAS
  • Cost per acquisition
  • Conversion rate
  • Customer lifetime value
  • Run A/B tests across:
  • Creatives
  • Copy
  • Landing pages
  • Audience segments



Creative Collaboration


  • Work closely with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Provide insights on:
  • Ad hooks
  • Messaging
  • Visual formats that convert



Data Analysis & Reporting


  • Track and analyze campaign performance across platforms
  • Maintain dashboards for:
  • CAC
  • ROAS
  • Customer acquisition trends
  • Channel contribution
  • Share weekly performance insights and optimization plans




Retail Footfall Campaigns


  • Design campaigns that drive store visits and brand discovery
  • Use geo-targeting and local campaigns to promote Style Island’s physical retail presence




Key Skills Required


  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • YouTube advertising
  • Deep understanding of:
  • E-commerce conversion funnels
  • Customer segmentation
  • Performance marketing analytics
  • Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands preferred




Ideal Candidate Profile


  • 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Prior experience managing ₹30L+ monthly ad budgets preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing founder-led environment
