The Role 


We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Business to own and scale post-sales business delivery for the online learning business. This role is responsible for delivering monthly P&L targets (revenue, GM etc.) by improving retention, course completion, and overall customer lifetime value, while leading large teams in a fast-growing environment. 


You’ll combine a business owner’s mindset with strong operational thinking and customer empathy. 


What You’ll Be Responsible For 


  • Owning the P&L metrics end to end: Revenue accrued from various sources, direct costs, GM% etc., driving initiatives aimed at P&L improvement 
  • Key CX outcomes: course completion, churn, renewal 
  • Leading a large team and responsible for multiple course categories (Coding, Math, English etc.) 
  • Building scalable processes that balance consistency with flexibility 
  • Working closely with leadership and Product to improve customer outcomes 

 


What We’re Looking For 


  • 5+ years of experience in business roles, preferably in category management, P&L management, business delivery etc. 
  • Experience managing large, frontline or ops-intensive teams 
  • Comfort using data and metrics to drive decisions and prioritize work 
  • Proven ability to improve retention, engagement, or repeat usage metrics 
  • Experience in high-volume environments (e-commerce or subscription businesses preferred) 


EdTech experience is a plus, not a requirement. 


 


What Success Looks Like 


Within the first 6–9 months: 


  • Customer churn is trending down 
  • Course completion is improving 
  • P&L metrics are trending upwards
