At RPJ Jewellers Private Limited, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can help us build a strong online presence, generate high-quality leads, and improve our digital marketing performance across multiple platforms.

✔ Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

✔ Generate high-quality leads through Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.

✔ Coordinate with internal teams, creative professionals, freelancers, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

✔ Perform keyword research, keyword planning, and campaign optimization.

✔ Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI, KPIs, and overall marketing effectiveness.

✔ Track conversions, campaign performance, and marketing analytics using reporting tools.

✔ Assist in content planning, content editing, and coordination with content writers.

✔ Publish and manage content on websites, blogs, WordPress, and social media platforms.

✔ Support SEO, website management, email marketing, and digital brand-building initiatives.

✔ Research competitors, market trends, customer behaviour, and new digital marketing opportunities.

✔ Maintain organized marketing reports and present performance insights to management.

✔ Work closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Performance Marketing.
• Experience in Lead Generation campaigns is preferred.
• Experience with SEO, Website Management, Email Marketing, Blogging, and WordPress will be an added advantage.
• Google Ads Certifications will be considered an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
• Hands-on experience in PPC campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of keyword research, keyword selection, and campaign planning.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing spend based on data.
• Strong coordination skills while working with agencies, vendors, freelancers, and internal teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Basic understanding of HTML and WordPress will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Google Drive, and online collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability.
• Passion for learning new technologies, AI tools, and digital marketing trends.
