Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Digital Marketing Executive based in Coimbatore. The responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and creating engaging web content. The role also involves implementing SEO and SEM strategies, monitoring web analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and engagement. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing marketing efforts and driving overall growth.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Marketing, Communication, and strategic thinking
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing, with a proven ability to manage and grow social media channels
  • Skills in Web Content Writing, including the ability to craft compelling and engaging copy
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Web Analytics and tracking performance data
  • Creative mindset with a results-driven approach to achieving marketing objectives
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple campaigns effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Certification in digital marketing or related tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Drive end-to-end lead generation strategies with a strong focus on student acquisition and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, funnels, and A/B testing for improved performance.
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page, and basic off-page optimization.
  • Lead content planning and creation aligned with user intent, course offerings, and brand goals.
  • Execute email and WhatsApp automation campaigns to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue targets and improve lead quality.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and growth opportunities in the EdTech space.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel, customer journey, and conversion strategies; sales knowledge is highly appreciated.
