Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers (beauty, skincare, lifestyle).
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
Coordinate content, posting schedules, and approvals with influencers.
Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads).
Maintain influencer database and reports
Social Media Management
Manage Instagram and other social media platforms.
Plan and schedule posts, reels, and stories.
Write engaging captions and respond to comments and DMs.
Monitor insights and improve content performance.
Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Instagram trends and short-form video content.
Basic understanding of social media analytics.
Creative, organized, and execution-focused.
