·        Develop structured content plans by studying audience response and social media performance trends.

·        Develop monthly and weekly content ideas aligned with the company’s services and goals.

Required Skills

·        Good knowledge of graphic creation software for poster and creative design.

·        Understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms its analytics and performance tracking.

·        Ability to think strategically about content planning and audience engagement.

·        Good communication and creative thinking skills.

Preferred

·        2 Years experienced in handling business social media accounts.

·        Knowledge of reels, short-form videos, and trending content formats.
