At Ricavi Media, we're looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketer who understands both organic social media and paid advertising. If you've managed brand social media accounts and have hands-on experience running Meta Ads, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram and Facebook for multiple brands.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for content creation.
- Publish posts, reels, and stories while maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce brands.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Analyze social media and ad performance using insights and reporting tools.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and Meta Ads best practices.
- Collaborate with the internal team to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience managing social media pages for brands.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of content strategy and social media trends and AI.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
