Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area (Yelahanka New Town) for an Amazon Performance Marketing Executive, and other marketplaces to follow. The role involves developing and executing Amazon marketing strategies, managing paid campaigns, analyzing market trends, and optimizing listings for maximum visibility. The position focuses on driving product performance metrics including sales, ranking, and customer engagement through effective marketing and marketplace management strategies. The executive will work cross-functionally with other team members to align marketing efforts with sales goals, monitor competitive trends, and prepare performance reports.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Amazon Ads & Content Executive who understands how to build, optimize, and scale product visibility on marketplaces.
This role is ideal for someone who has already worked on:
- Amazon ads (Sponsored Ads) and other marketplaces too, like Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Product listings and content
- Basic performance marketing (Meta / Google)
You will work closely with the business team to improve product discoverability, conversion, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Content & Listing Management
- Create and optimize product listings on Amazon (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords)
- Manage A+ Content, images, and brand store updates
- Ensure listings are SEO-friendly and conversion-focused
- Maintain catalog hygiene (variations, attributes, backend keywords)
Amazon Advertising (Core Responsibility)
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns:
- Sponsored Products
- Sponsored Brands
- Sponsored Display
- Perform keyword research, bidding, and budget allocation
- Monitor key metrics:
- CTR, CVR, ACOS, ROAS
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and efficiency
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Analyze campaign and listing performance
- Identify growth opportunities (keywords, creatives, pricing, placements)
- Support seasonal campaigns, deals, and sale events
Multi-Platform Exposure (Bonus Work)
- Assist in running ads on:
- Other platforms like Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Ads (basic level)
- Support landing page and funnel alignment (if applicable)
Skills Required (Must-Have)
- 1–3 years hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
- Strong understanding of:
- Amazon listing SEO
- Keyword research
- Campaign optimization
- Experience running Amazon ads with measurable results
- Comfortable working with Excel for reporting and analysis
Good to Have
- Exposure to:
- Meta Ads / Google Ads
- Tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.
- Understanding of e-commerce metrics:
- ACOS, TACOS, conversion rate, CTR
