Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on skills & performance)

Location: Kalpana Square, Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Role Overview:

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage campaigns, create engaging creatives, and optimize digital strategies for growth. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with paid ads, AI tools, and website management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client & campaign handling across platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns for leads and conversions
• Designing creatives using Canva and AI-based tools
• Managing WordPress websites and CMS updates
• Running WhatsApp broadcast campaigns and maintaining CRM data
• Writing high-converting ad copies using AI tools
• Creating posters and basic video creatives using AI platforms
• Conducting performance analysis, reporting, and competitor research
• Implementing and monitoring tracking via GA4 and GTM

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools
• Experience with WordPress and CMS platforms
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Familiarity with AI tools for content, creatives, and automation
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data
