Role Description

The Digital Marketing Associate role at Ysquare Technology is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation. The Digital Marketing Associate will manage social media accounts, create and schedule content, monitor engagement, and support community management. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing web and campaign performance using analytics tools, preparing reports, and recommending improvements. The role also requires close collaboration with design, product, and sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals and ensure consistent messaging.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging and high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing creatives and promotional materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills
  • 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
  • Experience in managing business social media accounts.
  • Good understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling platforms.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing are an added advantage.
