Job Description

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across three key segments -


1. International Higher Education Institutions – Expanding Board Infinity’s global academic footprint through content partnerships and industry-aligned learning modules.


2.Corporate Clients (India & Global) – Selling customized online content development and training solutions to enterprises.


3. Indian Higher Education Institutions – Partnering with colleges and universities for digital content and program digitization.


Key Responsibilities


Higher Education Sales (India & International)


  • Build partnerships with universities, colleges, and global higher-ed institutions.
  • Engage academic leadership including Deans, Provosts, Academic Directors, and Program Heads.
  • Propose digitization of curriculum, industry-integrated modules and employability programs.
  • Support institutions in enhancing global competitiveness through scalable online learning solutions.


Corporate Sales (India & International)


  • Identify and engage HR Heads, L&D Leaders, and Business Unit Heads.
  • Offer customized digital training content, leadership modules, and industry-specific learning solutions.
  • Develop proposals aligned with organizational competency and workforce development goals.


General Responsibilities


  • Drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle: prospecting, outreach, presentations, proposal creation, commercial negotiations, and closure.
  • Build and manage a strong international and domestic sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with academic, content production and operations teams for seamless execution.


Ideal Candidate Profile


  • Experience in International Institutional Sales (EdTech).
  • Experience selling services, academic solutions, or digital programs to higher education institutions.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence senior academic stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Understanding of the higher education ecosystem and employability-driven programs is highly desirable.
