DREAMLABS is hiring a Senior Meta Media Buyer.
Remote US BASED (Required) | Full-Time | $140K Base + Performance Bonus

WHO WE ARE
DREAMLABS is a performance marketing agency built for serious DTC eCommerce brands. We run paid media, creative production, and retention as one integrated operation. Our clients are 8 and 9-figure brands. The standard here is operator-level thinking. Profitable new customer acquisition. Not managed spend.
We are not a place where you manage accounts on autopilot. We are a place where you think, diagnose, and drive results.

THE ROLE
You will own a portfolio of DTC Meta accounts end to end. Full autonomy over structure, testing cadence, creative strategy, and scaling decisions. You will run weekly client calls, own the relationship, and be held accountable to aMER and nCPA. Not platform-reported ROAS.
This is a high-ownership role at a fast-moving agency. You will be one of the most senior buyers on the team and your fingerprints will be on accounts that matter.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
5+ years running Meta paid media for DTC eCommerce brands doing 8 or 9 figures in revenue.
Proven experience managing $200K to $1M+ in monthly ad spend.
Deep command of new customer acquisition strategy.
Exclusion stacks, broad creative-led targeting, CBO with ad set minimums.
Fluency in measurement beyond platform attribution.
You understand multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, and incrementality testing. You have worked with tools like Northbeam, Rockerbox, or Triple Whale, or you have run geo-based lift tests.
You know why last-click lies and you can explain it to a founder
You think in aMER and nCPA.
You know the difference between platform CPA and true nCPA and why it matters.
You can walk into an underperforming account and identify the real problem within 48 hours.
Whether it is creative, structure, measurement, or the offer itself.
You have owned client relationships completely.
Not just executed tasks handed to you.
Agency background required.

WHAT YOU WILL NOT BE DOING HERE
Waiting for someone to tell you what to optimize
Hiding behind platform numbers when the real business metrics do not match
Managing accounts at $20K/month spend and calling that senior experience

WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE ON DAY 30
You have taken over your accounts, identified what is working and what is not, restructured anything that needs it, and presented a clear 60-day testing roadmap to each client. Your clients feel the difference immediately.

COMPENSATION
$140K base salary Performance bonus tied directly to account retention and results Fully remote
