Pulse is one of our flagship products — a consumer mobile application currently in active development. This role will lead how Pulse and Ackrolix show up across the digital landscape, both through our own channels and through the creators who represent us.


About the Role

We are hiring a Content Creator / Digital Creator Lead to own the full digital content engine. This is not a posting-and-scheduling role. The person we are looking for thinks like a brand strategist, executes like a creator, and manages like a producer.

You will be responsible for the entire arc — from defining what we say, to producing the content, to identifying and managing the creator network that amplifies it. You will work directly with founders and the content writer, and you will own the digital presence of the brand.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

  • Define the digital content strategy across all relevant platforms — Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and emerging surfaces.
  • Build content calendars that align with product launches, campaigns, and brand moments.
  • Identify the formats, narratives, and content pillars that will drive growth and engagement for the brand.
  • Track platform trends, cultural moments, and shifts in audience behaviour, and translate them into actionable content plans.
  • Define and measure success — followers, reach, engagement, conversion to product — and report on it weekly.

Content Production

  • Produce content end-to-end: ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, publishing, and post-launch optimisation.
  • Build and maintain the visual and editorial language of the brand across platforms.
  • Manage shoots — including talent, location, equipment, and logistics — for content involving the team, founders, or external creators.
  • Collaborate closely with the content writer to ensure tonal consistency between written and visual outputs.

Creator and Influencer Management

  • Identify, vet, and onboard creators whose voice aligns with the brand.
  • Build long-term creator relationships rather than one-off transactions.
  • Brief creators clearly on strategy, narrative, brand voice, and deliverables — and ensure the output meets the brief.
  • Negotiate commercials, manage contracts, and oversee delivery timelines.
  • Maintain a structured creator database with performance history, rates, and reliability ratings.

Community and Channel Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of all official brand channels.
  • Respond to community engagement in a manner consistent with the brand voice.
  • Identify user-generated content worth amplifying.
  • Monitor brand mentions, sentiment, and conversation in relevant communities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work alongside the content writer to ensure marketing copy and visual content land as a single coherent voice.
  • Partner with product and engineering to align launch campaigns with shipping timelines.
  • Brief and oversee external collaborators — designers, video editors, photographers — when required.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in digital content, brand marketing, creator management, or social media leadership. Direct creator experience on your own channels is a meaningful plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow an audience or a brand presence from a measurable starting point. We will ask for numbers.
  • A strong portfolio of work — content you have produced, campaigns you have led, or creators you have managed — with clear outcomes attached.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to articulate why a piece of content works, who it is aimed at, and what it is meant to achieve.
  • Fluency in modern digital culture. You distinguish naturally between content that resonates with audiences and content that performs the appearance of resonance.
  • Strong production instincts — shoot, edit, polish — with hands-on capability in the standard tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Figma, Notion).
  • Experience briefing and managing creators or external collaborators with clear timelines and quality expectations.
  • Strong project management skills. You can run multiple content streams in parallel without dropping balls.
  • Clear, confident communicator. Comfortable defending creative decisions and equally comfortable adjusting them when feedback is right.

Preferred

  • Direct experience growing a brand or product on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube to meaningful scale.
  • A personal creator presence or side channel of your own. Not a requirement, but a strong signal.
  • Range across Indian and international audiences — comfortable producing content for Tier-1 Indian markets and global audiences within the same week.
  • Familiarity with paid social, performance metrics, and the relationship between organic and paid content.
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted content tools and an opinion on where they help and where they hurt.
