Role Overview
Revigro Marketing is looking for a proactive and client-focused Digital Account Manager to manage and strengthen client relationships while ensuring smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should understand client business goals, coordinate effectively with internal teams, and deliver exceptional client servicing to maintain long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client businesses, brand positioning, and marketing objectives, and recommend suitable digital marketing strategies aligned with their goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage all communication, coordination, and query resolution effectively.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as performance marketing, social media, content, and design to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Manage the complete client lifecycle including onboarding, campaign planning, execution, review meetings, and account management.
- Ensure timely approvals, feedback, and deliverables between clients and internal teams to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor campaign performance and share regular reports, insights, and updates with clients.
- Conduct periodic review meetings with clients and recommend improvements, optimization strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure account stability, client retention, and long-term business partnerships.
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Skills & Requirements
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.
- Strong experience in client servicing and account management.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services, including social media marketing, performance marketing, paid campaigns, and branding strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in client communication and reporting tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualification
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing account management or client servicing.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or digital marketing.
