What You’ll Do
As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll be the face of CultNerds for our clients. You’ll understand their business goals, translate them into actionable digital strategies, and work closely with our internal teams to ensure every campaign delivers real results.

What You’ll Do
As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll be the face of CultNerds for our clients. You’ll understand their business goals, translate them into actionable digital strategies, and work closely with our internal teams to ensure every campaign delivers real results.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients as their trusted strategic partner.
- Understand client goals and convert them into effective digital marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with SEO, Performance Marketing, Design, Copy, and Development teams to execute campaigns successfully.
- Ensure the agreed scope of work is delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and track key KPIs to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Present campaign insights, performance reports, and recommendations through bi-weekly and monthly review meetings.
- Communicate project progress clearly with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and strengthen client partnerships.
- Forecast account performance and monitor key business metrics.
- Resolve client concerns proactively while maintaining a positive experience.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to every account.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
- 2+ years of experience in an Account Management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing the details.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with a solution-first mindset.
- Strategic thinking backed by practical execution.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency
