Digital Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency and will be responsible for managing client relationships while ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for assigned client accounts.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with Social Media, Performance Marketing, SEO, and Creative teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Lead client meetings, present campaign updates, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure accurate reporting across digital channels.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and account health to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and support business expansion initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in an Advertising or Digital Marketing Agency.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing with working knowledge of SEO and Performance Marketing.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and digital reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
