Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Diamond Jewellery Merchandiser who will be responsible for planning, sourcing, selecting, and managing diamond jewellery collections for domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of current trends, product development, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies for diamond jewellery collections.
• Source new products in line with brand vision and market demand.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of domestic and international products and markets.
• Maintain updated knowledge of jewellery trends and articles.
• Work closely with designers, production, and marketing teams for timely development and launch.
• Manage inventory planning and ensure product availability across sales channels.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports to optimize product mix.
• Negotiate with suppliers for best quality, pricing, and timelines.
• Coordinate with quality control and logistics for timely dispatch and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Jewellery Design, Merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a merchandiser in the diamond jewellery industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP tools, and merchandising software.
• Essential: Deep understanding of both domestic and international market trends and customer preferences.

Salary: As per industry standards
