Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Desktop Configuration & Deployment
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals according to standard configurations and user requirements.
  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot operating systems, productivity tools, and business applications.
  • Perform system imaging, OS deployment, and device provisioning using established tools and processes.
2. User Support & Training
  • Provide advanced technical assistance and guidance to end-users for desktop‑related issues, best practices, and IT usage instructions.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities to educate users on software applications, security policies, and IT procedures.
3. Software Installation & Patch Management
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, patches, and system updates across desktops and laptops.
  • Manage software licenses, subscriptions, and entitlements to ensure compliance with licensing agreements and organizational policies.
