We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive business growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, builders, and key clients.

Key Responsibilities

·       Drive market expansion in assigned territories.

·       Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

·       Build brand visibility and customer engagement through strategic sales activities.

·       Represent Recliners India Pvt. Ltd. and promote premium product offerings to diverse customer segments.

·       Develop and maintain relationships with Dealers, AVI Dealers, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and other key influencers.

·       Generate quality leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.

·       Coordinate with internal design and project teams to provide customized client solutions.

·       Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

·       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

·       Manage and expand the dealer network in Delhi NCR and assigned regions.

·       Maintain regular updates in CRM and submit timely sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria

·       Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.

·       Passion for furniture, interiors, and design-oriented products.

·       Minimum 3+ years of experience in industries such as Furniture, Mattress, Building Materials, Motion Furniture, Modular Kitchen, Lifts & Elevators, UPVC, Plywood, and Laminates.

Qualifications & Skills

·       Graduate in any discipline.

·       Basic mathematical skills (percentage, area, volume calculations).

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Strong client handling and relationship management abilities.

·       Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

·       Have own vehicles (Two Wheelers)
