Business objective
- Ensuring Maintenance of minimum inventory as per production Plan for RM/ PM, Critical Chemicals, stores and spares for M0 and M1 Production plan and updation in SAP on 1st of Every Month
- Ensuring AIB quality storage and hygiene standards are maintained for Warehouses, No Critical point in AIB audit from Stores , Scrap Yard
- Ensuring close co-ordination with Operations team for smooth issue of materials and change in production plan proactively if some genuine concern in Stock availability
- Reconciliation of MIGO Vs Gate Entry - No Pendency more than 24 Hrs and compliance of 100% E-Gate Entry System
- Daily meeting withPurchase and Commercial Manager
- Ensuring Reconciliation of SAP stock Vs Physical stocks , difference if any need to adjusted after proper approval of RCFO
- Ensuring complete coordination with Central RM/ PM & focus on intimation of any change in formulation/ Promoto flag out excess materials and their consumption before change either through production or transfer to other location Reduce
- Monitoring & control of obsolete/ slow-moving/ non-moving & expired inventory
- Targetto pay Zero detention charges
- Scrap sell-out and clearance with high realization
- Minimum 10% Reduction in Wastege as compare toLY
- Carry out cost saving initiatives
- Utilization of godown/ warehouse and assets with nil damage
- Ensuing Control incoming material and making SAP MIGO with 24 hrs and 48 hrs documents handed over to Finance team for processing
- Tracking and closure of NRGP
- Ensure 100% physical verification of stock of RM/PM and 100% high value item
- Monthly reconciliation of cages and ensuring empty cages are timely send back to Originating location as soon one truck load is ready
- ESG -80% of Carton and PVC-Shrinkreturn to Supplying Location for Re-use-Monthly Reports
- Ensure 20 stocks physical is done on daily basis-Variation Approval from Commercial Manager-Report on Monthly OR
- Follow and upkeep of safety norms
- Improve employee retention, job-rotation and development plans for self & team
- Increasing multiskilled of Team of at least 2 people out of 10 team members and Target drive Gender Diversity and Ration to be 12%
- Monthly tracking for Store team KPI/KRA and reporting to Commercial Manager Every Month
- Ensuringto attend trainings self and by team from time to time on new practices for better control.
