Location : Mumbai - Goregaon.

Job Profile and Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage corporate clients to drive deeper NPS penetration among employees by organizing on‑site NPS helpdesks, awareness camps, and employee activation drives.
• Identify, pitch, and acquire new corporate accounts by closely collaborating with business teams of group companies to expand NPS distribution and coverage.
• Support the Business Development Manager in executing high‑impact sales initiatives, acquisition campaigns, and pipeline conversion efforts.
• Assist in developing and implementing corporate sales strategies to maximize NPS adoption, wallet share, and long-term client relationships.
• Track market movements, competitor offerings, and industry trends to generate insights and build compelling sales pitches, corporate decks, and client‑specific presentations.

Candidate:

• Should be Graduate or Post-graduate
• Candidates from Non-Finance background can also be considered with sufficient sales experience
• Should have Strong execution skills, communication skills, and networking and client engagement skills
• Should able to speak local language
