Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate salary accounts for the bank
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to generate business
  • Understand the financial needs of corporate clients and provide them with suitable banking solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of corporate clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by corporate clients
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales or relationship management in the banking industry
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
  • Knowledge of local market trends and competition
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
