Delivery Experience Coordinator - Contract (Delhi, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai)

The Delivery Experience Coordinator role is the direct point of contact for customers taking delivery of their Tesla. This is a contract to start position which provide opportunity for you to learn and understand the role and operation, we would consider converting this role to FTE position if you are proven to be top performer.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers to the Tesla family by making their journey to ownership a delightful experience.

Prepare vehicles and host delivery appointments, including new owner orientations tailored to the individual customer’s needs and comfort level.

Support the Delivery Manager in delivery center operations, vehicle operations, task completion and ensuring superior customer service.

Contribute ideas toward improving the Tesla delivery experience, as well as back-end processes and procedures.

Demonstrate a mastery of all Tesla products and services.

Keep up with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal skills.

Experience: 1-3 years.

Consistent record of customer service excellence.

Enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry.

Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, service, logistics, and admin teams.

Proficient with computers.

Strong organization and time management skills.

Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume.

A valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in English and local languages required.
