Delivery Manager – IFS ERP - Vadodara
Location: Vadodara, India

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IFS Delivery Manager to lead ERP implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects. The role will be responsible for delivery governance, stakeholder management, project execution, team coordination, financial performance, and ensuring successful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IFS ERP projects, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and support engagements.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, scope, budget, and quality.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, sponsors, and senior management.
- Lead cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical consultants, developers, QA, business analysts, and solution architects.
- Manage resource planning, allocation, utilization, and capacity across delivery teams.
- Ensure proper governance, documentation, change control, testing, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.
- Track project budgets, forecasts, profitability, revenue, and delivery performance.
- Support effort estimation, proposal input, SOW reviews, and change request management.
- Drive delivery excellence, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of ERP implementation and delivery experience.
- 3+ years managing IFS ERP projects.
- Strong knowledge of IFS Applications and/or IFS Cloud.
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and support projects.
- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder, risk, financial, and project governance skills.
- Good understanding of ERP integrations, reporting, data migration, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- IFS Cloud implementation experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, Aerospace & Defense, Construction, Engineering, or Service Management sectors.
