Role Description The Delivery Driver role at Fude Developments is a full-time remote position focused on ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and materials to customers and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning delivery routes, coordinating with dispatch or operations teams, and confirming order details to maintain high delivery accuracy. The Delivery Driver will communicate with customers in a professional manner, provide updates on delivery status, and handle basic documentation such as delivery confirmations and receipts. The role also involves maintaining delivery equipment in good condition, following safety guidelines, and adhering to company procedures and applicable regulations. Collaboration with other team members is expected to resolve delivery issues and support an efficient, customer-centric logistics process.
Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with customers and team members.
• Experience or familiarity with Forklift Operation and safe handling of goods, following appropriate safety and compliance standards.
• Training or experience in Food & Beverage environments, including handling products and maintaining cleanliness and quality standards.
• Background in Sales or client-facing roles, with the ability to represent the company positively and support customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience managing deliveries or logistics-related tasks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing delivery schedules and priorities.
• Basic digital literacy to use mobile devices, routing applications, and company communication tools.
• High level of reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and compliance in all delivery activities.
