This is a full-time on-site role for an In-House Delivery & Packing Partner, based in Noida. Responsibilities include efficient and accurate packing of products, verifying product details, ensuring timely packaging for delivery, and assisting in inventory management. The role also involves collaborating with team members to maintain quality assurance and ensuring all items are delivered on time while meeting high packaging standards to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Customer Service skills with a focus on ensuring satisfaction and handling customer inquiries effectively
• Knowledge of Forklift Operation for securely moving goods and managing warehouse efficiency
• Experience in Training to help guide team members in following best practices and processes
• Basic Sales and Food & Beverage skills, especially if additional tasks require cross-functional support (e.g., promoting products or preparing relevant packages)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing packaging tasks accurately
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with spiritual products or interest in the domain is a plus
