1️⃣ South Indian Commis I
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 per month
2️⃣ DCDP (South Indian Cuisine)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Ensure kitchen hygiene and follow food safety norms.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
Manage stock and assist in inventory control.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in South Indian cuisine.
Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
