Job Title: Data Scientist

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Key Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability – simplify complexity and derive first-principles solutions.
• Strong ownership mindset – not just delivering outputs, but ensuring problems are truly solved.
• Proficient in Python & SQL, Excel, with ability to apply ML, Deep Learning, Data Visualization techniques and time-series techniques where appropriate.
• Experience working with large-scale, messy, real-world datasets.
• Ability to thrive in a high-speed, high-ambiguity startup environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; a good team fit without unnecessary baggage

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Gen AI & distributed data systems (Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, etc.).
• Knowledge of fleet/automotive/IoT/telemetry data.
• Hands-on experience with anomaly detection, forecasting, or optimization problems
