Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Data Science professional with strong hands-on industry and training experience. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise, a passion for teaching, and the ability to mentor learners and junior trainers while delivering high-quality training programs.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong proficiency in Python or R
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling
• Experience in Data Preprocessing, EDA, and Model Building
• Hands-on experience with libraries such as:
• NumPy
• Pandas
• Scikit-learn
• TensorFlow
• Experience working with real-world datasets
• Knowledge of model deployment concepts

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and continuously enhance Data Science training programs
• Conduct classroom and online sessions as per business needs
• Mentor and train junior in-house trainers
• Supervise internships, assignments, and training evaluations
• Prepare and update course materials:
• Presentations
• Assignments
• Projects
• Quizzes
• Conduct demo sessions and webinars
• Organize doubt clarification sessions
• Provide project mentoring and guidance
• Assist students with placement preparation, including mock interviews
• Handle student and customer queries
• Take up additional responsibilities as required by the business

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong industry experience in Data Science
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical manner

Qualifications

• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or educational roles
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
