As a Data Analyst at FE fundinfo, you'll be part of a dynamic team driving data excellence and innovation. You'll work on high-impact projects that influence decision-making across the organization, collaborate with international stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities As a Data Analyst Will Include

• Managing distributor cases from triage to resolution within agreed SLAs, ensuring accuracy and a client-first approach.
• Acting as the primary contact for distributor clients, delivering timely and professional responses to queries.
• Partnering with clients to understand their data needs and delivery expectations.
• Building and maintaining strong, sustainable data connections with key distributor clients.
• Supporting data coverage and reporting needs with clear, transparent outputs.
• Contributing to the Eco System Pipeline by sourcing data from public sources and collaborating with Data Providers.
  
  
  

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Data Analyst:

• You must have at least 6 months of experience in data management or within the financial services industry
• You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate data accurately
• You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage confidently with clients and teams
• You will have proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering value-driven outcomes
• You must be proactive and solution-oriented in addressing data challenges
