About the job:


Role: Customer Support Executive

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (HO)

Department: Service – Customer Support


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls/messages and create service orders in SAP/CRM
  • Coordinate installation service orders and verify warranty/POS details
  • Assign service calls, follow up with technicians, and ensure TAT closure
  • Prepare customer invoices and share monthly MIS/AR reports
  • Create spare part quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely delivery
  • Track outstanding payments and coordinate with Finance for adjustments
  • Share customer feedback links, analyze survey results, and prepare reports


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Graduate
  • 3–5 years’ experience in SAP/CRM-based customer service
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Strong MS Office, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
