  • 30 Positions: Excellent English + Hindi
  • 5 Positions: Excellent English + Any 2 South Indian Languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam)

Qualification

  • Graduation (Mandatory)

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (Inbound or Outbound process)

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi or English with two South Indian languages.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment .
  • Good listening skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
