Catering Coordinator — Contract Role (Saudi Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly organized Catering Coordinator to support food service operations for a major, high-profile project in the Kingdom. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and service requirements in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily catering operations for staff and designated facilities
• Liaise with catering vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Manage meal schedules, quantities, dietary requirements, and service logistics
• Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and service performance
• Coordinate delivery timings, distribution points, and on-site setup
• Handle last-minute changes, special requests, and operational issues
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Maintain records, reports, and consumption tracking

🔹 Requirements

• 🇸🇦 Saudi Talent (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Catering Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in catering coordination, food service operations, or hospitality
• Strong organizational and vendor management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume operations
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP principles) preferred
• Experience on large-scale projects or events is an advantage
• Fluent in Arabic and English
