  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales operations and order processing
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales optimization and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales analytics and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain sales reports to track key performance indicators and sales effectiveness
  • Manage sales order processing and sales order management to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
  • Optimize sales operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

  • 15-18 years of experience in sales and marketing operations
  • Strong background in sales strategy, sales reporting, sales order processing, and sales order management
  • Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
