Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the face of our company for our clients post-implementation. Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term retention. You’ll work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve issues, provide training, and drive the overall success of our ERP software.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients after onboarding.
  • Provide product training and support to school staff and administrators.
  • Troubleshoot basic product issues and coordinate with technical teams for escalations.
  • Monitor client usage and ensure optimal adoption of the ERP modules.
  • Proactively follow up on client concerns and feature requests.
  • Assist in configuring modules like School Setup, Fee Management, Attendance, etc.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and updates.
