About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer interactions through multiple channels such as calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.

This role requires someone who is customer-focused, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and support requests through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, and order tracking
  • Resolve customer complaints, return requests, and refund queries
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for order dispatch, delivery issues, and courier updates.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and support tickets
  • Ensure timely response and resolution of customer issues
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, offers, and policies
  • Monitor and manage customer feedback and reviews
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
Required Skills
  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English)
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce order flow and customer service processes
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, email, and chat support systems
  • Good organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or call centre roles
  • Experience in e-commerce customer support
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Shiprocket, or order management systems
