Role Overview:

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive / Customer Specialist to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience across all communication channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude toward customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, tech, operations) when required
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department in a timely manner
  • Meet service quality standards and response time SLAs
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support / customer service (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
  • Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
  • Customer-first mindset with a professional attitude
