Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Company: Learningshala

Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (WFO)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 (in-hand)

The organization provides guidance, learning resources, and career support to individuals looking to upskill in various professional domains.


Job Description:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist students with queries related to courses, admissions, and services
  • Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Generate leads and student references through regular customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update student data, call logs, and lead details in the CRM system
  • Build strong relationships with existing students to improve satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Identify re-registration or renewal opportunities and close them, with sales responsibility limited to approximately 20% only
  • Meet service quality standards, reference generation goals, and basic conversion targets
