Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: 5 Days Working (Saturday Sunday Fixed Off)

CTC: 15,000 per month

Experience: 02 Years (Freshers Eligible)

Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate (Any Stream)

Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a permanent Work From Home opportunity. Candidates must be fluent in Hindi along with any one additional regional language.

Language Requirement (Mandatory)

  • Hindi + Gujarati
  • Hindi + Malayalam (Priority)
  • Hindi + Tamil
  • Hindi + Any Other Regional Language

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer queries in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate product/service information
  • Maintain proper call documentation
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fluent Hindi communication (Mandatory)
  • Good verbal skills in one additional language
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Stable internet connection laptop/desktop required
  • Immediate joiners preferred
