We are looking for a structured and proactive Administrative Specialist – Customer Support with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our team based in Mangaluru and to support internal processes related to ERP, CRM, and subscription management. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring that projects, subscriptions, and operational data are accurately maintained across systems, enabling our teams to focus on delivering excellent service to customers.
Customer Success at EG is organized across Professional Services, Customer Support, and Customer Success functions, working collaboratively across markets and product lines. As we continue to scale our operations and adopt a cross-market and cross-product operating model, we are strengthening the team with additional support for administrative processes, data management, and system operations within ERP and CRM platforms.

We are looking for a structured and proactive Administrative Specialist – Customer Support with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our team based in Mangaluru and to support internal processes related to ERP, CRM, and subscription management. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring that projects, subscriptions, and operational data are accurately maintained across systems, enabling our teams to focus on delivering excellent service to customers.

As we continue to scale our operations and adopt a cross-market and cross-product operating model, we are strengthening the team with additional support for administrative processes, data management, and system operations within ERP and CRM platforms.
Your workday, your tasks and responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and update projects, sales orders, and subscriptions within the ERP system.
- Manage subscription lifecycle activities, including creation, modification, renewal tracking, and system updates.
- Support revenue recognition processes by maintaining accurate project and subscription data in the ERP system.
- Extract, structure, and prepare operational data from ERP systems to support monthly reporting cycles and business insights.
- Generate reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders including Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, completeness, and accuracy across ERP and CRM systems.
- Identify data discrepancies and proactively initiate data corrections and system improvements.
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure consistency across systems.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure seamless administrative workflows.
- Support cross-functional teams in improving process efficiency and operational scalability.
- Document administrative processes, workflows, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and automation within systems.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite).
- Experience managing projects, subscriptions, sales orders, or customer records within ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data analysis, formulas, and reporting.
- Good knowledge of data management and data quality practices.
- Ability to extract, structure, and analyze operational data for reporting and insights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy when working with system data.
- Experience working with SaaS subscription models, order management, or revenue recognition processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in a structured and process-driven environment.
- Experience working with NetSuite ERP.
- Exposure to SaaS business models and subscription-based services.
- Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of revenue recognition processes in SaaS companies.
- Experience working in international or cross-market organizations.
- Familiarity with process improvement or operational optimization initiatives.
