This is a hybrid role. At Bluevine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. All of our offices have reopened in accordance with local guidelines, and are following a hybrid model. In-office days will be determined by location and discipline.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Support development efforts by developing data products in collaboration with the Data Science and Analytics teams
• Design and develop data and model monitoring tools - producing automated reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Design and implement statistical model validation tools to be used across the board by our Data Science and Analytics teams
• Support research efforts by doing data dives and producing reports, graphs and recommendations based on the observed data
  
  

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• 3+ years of Hands-on experience programming in Python.
• BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field or comparable experience
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to collaborate smoothly with and convey complex ideas in a clear way to people of different backgrounds
• Be a quick learner, adaptable, and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly and independently learn new technologies, frameworks, and algorithms
• Proactive, result-driven and multi-tasker; creative but committed to meeting deadlines
