Primary Responsibility:

1. Book growth calculation = ETB + NTB Overall portfolio.
2. Customer acquisition balance which is New to Asset.
3. New to Asset – NOA & Existing book growth.
4. PPC growth in the allocated portfolio (Revenue + Non-Revenue) Products – TL,.
5. Trade, Forex, CA, WC, Tax Payment, EDC, SCF, Cards, Derivatives, CMS.
6. (Collection/Payment), UHNI A/c, HNI A/c, Salary A/c, Direct D mat A/c,.
7. Term Deposits, GI, Digital Product Offerings.
8. Competency Profiler Score to be above the threshold level; completion of all training & learning modules.
9. Weighted avg. of 12 months as on last day of each month.
