Hiresome is an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System that helps companies hire faster with automation, intelligent candidate insights, and modern recruiting workflows. Our mission is to simplify hiring for startups and growing teams.

We’re an early-stage startup and looking for a Customer Success Manager who wants to help build the customer experience from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard new customers and help them get value from Hiresome quickly
  • Train recruiters and HR teams on using the platform
  • Build strong relationships with customers and act as their trusted advisor
  • Monitor customer health and proactively solve issues
  • Gather product feedback and work closely with product & engineering teams
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–5 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with SaaS products or HRTech tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong ownership mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹368,005.14 - ₹500,037.87 per year
